“Reno Mayor Hillary Schieve is among more than 200 mayors who signed onto a brief in support of gay marriage filed with the Supreme Court Friday. The mayors’ amicus, or friend of the court, brief was one of dozens filed by Friday’s deadline in support of gay marriage by groups including conservatives, businesses, religious leaders and law enforcement officials.”
